This is one of the actions/steps that I mentioned in my curriculum, The audio stories are based on the research about sextortion and the experiences women have had on their workplaces.
Prior Art:
This is the first action that me and my training team did, after finishing the training and workshops. We made an online survey where we asked questions about sextortion on workplaces and was open around 10 days for women to write down their answers as much as they feel comfortable sharing. We did interviews as well, and at the end we had more than 500 experiences that spoke about how women were treated on workplaces from the people in power. We used the most specific and most common ones and put them in stories which were read by actresses and the identity of the women was hidden and all the names and institutions that were mentioned were not shown in the stories.
