Within the Judiciary under Scrutiny: Speaking Openly about Judgments in Corruption Cases project, the Bečej Youth Association analyzed the operation of misdemeanor courts and prosecutors’ offices in cases reported by the State Audit Institution (SAI), laying a stress on the free access to information of public importance. My idea was to present one research as part of a session on transparency and the rule of law.
